How BeWell began

01 · Where it began

01 · Where it began

My first pregnancy and recovery showed me how difficult it can be to find a realistic path to movement when your body and life have changed.

02 · When I took action

02 · When I took action

During my second pregnancy, I wanted a structured programme. I started training with Girls Gone Strong and created my first programme, “Mum in Shape”.

03 · Why BeWell

03 · Why BeWell

Recovery grew into a training system for women who want to move regularly, make progress and care for themselves.

Movement as part of caring for yourself

What matters to me is exercise you can do regularly in everyday life: gradual challenge, clear explanations and room to continue after a break.
