BeWell with Tania
Privacy policy
This page explains the data needed for orders, access and support, and how you can manage your data.
Updated 9 October 2026.
1. Controller and contact
Tetiana Tyshyk, BeWell with Tania, United Kingdom. Data questions and requests: tettianafit@gmail.com.
2. What is processed and why
For purchases and access: name, email, product, payment status and necessary order details, to fulfil the contract and keep records. Stripe handles card details; BeWell does not receive your full card number. Correspondence includes information you choose to send. Support uses only the context needed to answer your request.
3. Questionnaires and health information
A short starting questionnaire helps agree goals, experience, schedule and equipment. The detailed nutrition questionnaire is separate and optional. Weight, diagnoses, pregnancy and other sensitive details are not required to browse this website. If individual support genuinely requires health data, it is collected only with separate explicit consent, explaining the purpose, retention period and access. Consent may be withdrawn, which may limit the specific support available.
4. Sample questionnaire on this site
Answers in the sample questionnaire are not sent to a server or stored in localStorage. You can download them to your own file, review them and decide whether to share with Tania. Closing or reloading removes unsaved answers. Do not use it on a shared device if others may see the screen or downloaded files.
5. Services used
- Stripe: payments, confirmation and necessary order details.
- Kwiga: account and material access when the programme uses that platform.
- Telegram and Zoom: PROSTIR channels, chat and communication; Zoom only for any separately arranged live meeting.
- Google Forms: waitlists or questionnaires that you choose to open and complete. Each form should explain its data and purpose.
- Cloudflare: hosting the website and Plate bot, processing bot messages and necessary technical logs. Separate storage holds only voluntary news-consent records.
- Google Analytics 4: only after analytics consent.
6. Free materials and marketing
The @bewellwithtania_tarilka_bot bot supplies a free PDF in a private chat. Receiving it does not create a marketing subscription. Telegram sends bot messages to Cloudflare to reply; bot code does not store names, contacts, message text or health data. Only after choosing ‘Yes, I want BeWell news’ are Telegram ID, source, date and consent version stored. This record is used for BeWell programme news until consent is withdrawn. /stop or ‘No more news’ disables the subscription and deletes the record. You keep the PDF; Telegram retains chat history under its own rules. The proposed Instagram/ManyChat trial-week flow requires separate setup and disclosure before activation; the current website link opens Instagram for an enquiry.
7. Retention
Order data is retained for the period needed to fulfil the contract, accounting and legal requirements. Retention and deletion for an individual questionnaire or support must be explained before collection. Information should not be kept longer than needed for its stated purpose. Contact us to ask about actual retention periods or deletion.
8. Transfers and security
Platforms may process data outside the UK. Appropriate lawful grounds and safeguards must apply. Do not send unnecessary medical documents or payment details in an open group chat; discuss sensitive individual information only through an agreed private channel.
9. Your rights
Under applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
10. Cookies and external content
Necessary local storage holds only your cookie choice under bw_consent. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) and GA4 requests start after Accept. Reject leaves analytics off; rejecting later deletes analytics cookies and reloads the page to stop an already-loaded tag. Fonts, images and videos are hosted locally. YouTube opens through a link; its player does not load automatically. .
